Say Goodbye To The Third Mainland Bridge!!!

For four months I guess, from 11am - 11pm
Kinda sad though, since most of my landscape shots have something to do with the bridge.
Coupled with the fact that mere talks of its closure caused some serious traffic, most Lagosians aren't  really looking forward to bridge-less days, taking alternative routes and spending some quality time in traffic with our dear friends from LASTMA  who over the years have helped, but in all honesty have also caused some serious damage, (discretion advised for the previous link as some may find offensive) as many motorists would say.
The Third Mainland Bridge a mix of beauty and danger. For the note on danger, some parts of the bridge actually wobble and lets just say , I've heard a lot of true stories.
God help you if your car breaks down at night, and you decide to feel comfortable because its an 11km long bridge and no one will be around to disturb you while you change your tire or fix your engine problems in the middle of the bridge; No one knows where they come from, they just show up and either rob you or help you for an incredible fee ( there really isn't any difference, they might as well just go ahead and rob you lol), but at least you'l still be alive...... for most cases.

For the Beauty,
